Welcome to Sur-Clean! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our residential cleaning and organizing services in Florence, SC, and nearby areas. By booking with us, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

Service Agreement
We provide cleaning and organizing to help you achieve a “spotless home without effort.” Services are performed as agreed upon during booking, with Kissey Fox personally ensuring top quality.

Booking and Payment
A free quote is provided before service. Payment is due upon completion via cash, Venmo, Credit Card or approved digital methods. We’ll confirm payment details when you book.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, or a $25 fee may apply. We’ll work with you to find a convenient time to keep your home sparkling.

Client Responsibilities
Provide safe access to your home and clear instructions for any special requests. We’re not responsible for items left in cleaning areas, so please secure valuables.

Liability
We’re fully bonded and insured, but not liable for pre-existing damage or wear to property. If something’s not right, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it perfect.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If your home isn’t spotless, we’ll return at no cost to fix it. Your happiness is our priority, and Kissey oversees every job to ensure perfection.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and will post changes here. If you’re a client, we’ll notify you via email to keep things transparent.
